An integral part of my practice is the office personnel. They have worked with me in the establishment of my medical practice over many years. The staff is effective in helping maintain the close atmosphere that exists between me and my patients.

       Mimi Franco is my personal nurse. She has been with me since 1986 and is a favorite with my patients. Mimi is a LVN and frequently scrubs with me in surgery. Her past training and employment as a nurse at The Methodist Hospital helps in her understanding the demands of surgical scheduling, the surgical procedure itself, and the requirements of post operative care.

       Mimi has two sons and is a proud grandmother of three... which keeps her fully involved after office hours.

       Karen martin is the office manager. She has over fifteen years experience in handling plastic surgery issues and concerns. Karen maintains contact with other office managers in the medical center area and is aware of the ever changing medical rules and regulations.

       She is married and the mother of two. Karen spends her after hours with baseball, football, school activities, and managing a full time household

       Rebecca Olsen is the office secretary and receptionist. She is the person you frequently talk with concerning an appointment. Rebecca is able to assist you with the time frame required to schedule a particular surgical consultation.

       She has been with the office for over eight years and had prior experience as a receptionist with a plastic surgery group in California, before returning to Houston.

       Fiona Sanchez is a Registered Nurse (RN) and is the newest member of our staff. She has been with us for over two years and has used her past experience as an Operating Room Nurse in the care of our patients.

       She is a Soprano One with the Houston Symphony Chorus and sings for us on special holiday occasions.

       Her cat is named Pumpkin and always up to something... keeping Fiona busy at home.
